From our management and operations leaders to our talented design team, each member plays a vital role in creating spaces where families gather, memories are made, and legacies are built. Together, we’re committed to exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Our management team consists of Ryan and Adam who take care of construction management, sales and all business related functions, and Jay and Jamey who handle operations. Our design team consists of our interior designer and architectural technologist. These customer service based roles are one of the ways we set ourselves apart from our competitors

  • Ryan Hayter

    Co-owner

    Ryan graduated in Civil Engineering and after working for a large industrial construction company as a superintendent, he joined the company in 2002. Keeping RWH a local family-run business has been one of his top priorities. He is the first person clients will deal with when starting their project with us. Ryan’s main role is business operations, sales and permitting; however he can often be found sticking to his roots by being on site. Clients often tell us that Ryan made them feel comfortable and appreciated his knowledge and insights into what is best for their project.

  • Adam Hayter

    Co-owner

    After college, Adam became the first employee of RWH Construction, alongside his dad, and has grown with the company ever since. He learned at a very young age that hard work is the key to success. Adam is RWH’s go-to for problem solving. Anything relating to the planning and execution stages of a build, Adam ensures it gets done. Adam’s calm demeanour allows him to handle and resolve any issue that may arise. His creativity allows him to provide budgeting solutions for clients, ensuring they are able to stick within their budget, while also achieving their goals.

  • Jason Toms

    Operations Manager

    Jason (Jay) is one of our our Operations Managers and has been with RWH since 2006. Always on the move, he travels from site to site, ensuring each project flows smoothly and stays on schedule. He will be a main point of contact for our clients during their building process. Jay wants nothing more than for his clients to love their new home when it is complete.

  • Jamey Pearn

    Operations Manager

    Jamey has been with RWH since 2008, and has continued to grow with the company. As an Operations Manager, he oversees all site civil works. Jamey is incredibly dedicated and will always go out of his way to make sure everything is going to plan. His friendly demeanour always leaves our clients feeling positive about their build.

  • Michael Burke

    Architectural Technologist

    Michael graduated Humber College with an Advanced Diploma for Architectural Technology and has been with RWH since 2017. He is one of the first people you deal with at RWH, alongside Ryan. Taking great passion in the designs he creates, Mike’s favourite part about this job is getting to learn client’s dreams and aspirations, and turning that into reality.

  • Michelle Dubreuil

    Interior Designer

    Michelle started with RWH in 2024 as an Interior Designer. She graduated from the University of Waterloo with Honours in Fine Arts and Sheridan College for Interior Decorating. Michelle has an impressive background as a production artist, lead graphic designer and interior design. You will often find Michelle on site ensuring all details are being taken care of as she enjoys a hands-on approach. Her favourite part of interior design is combining bespoke colours and finishes.

  • Reenie Brydon

    Marketing and Communications

    Reenie joined RWH in 2023 and handles all company marketing from traditional advertising, to digital marketing and photography. Reenie holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication Specializing in Digital Media, a Diploma in Marketing and Advertising Communication along with certifications in Marketing Content Creation, Contextual Marketing, Digital Advertising and SEO. Reenie is responsible for coordinating client appointments, and you will either find her at the front desk, with a smile on her face, or on site taking photos.

  • Elaine Powell

    Accounting

    Elaine is a third party contractor responsible for our Accounting department. She is in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) to process EFT’s for payroll and A/P, prepares government reports and payments, bank reconciliations and answer accounts payable questions.
