This custom cottage was designed with the unique landscape of the property in mind. Our Architectural Technologist designed this custom cottage to utilize the property’s slope, featuring a deck overlooking the water and a walkout basement with lake views. With grandkids in mind, an open concept worked best, with a loft overlooking the main floor. This build encompassed two fireplaces, one for each floor, providing a relaxing vibe.
