The Solitude

This beautiful home was blasted into the granite shoreline along Cedar Lake. The homeowner had energy efficiency in mind when designing this home, we then constructed the most air-tight, R-rated house we could provide. The roof and walls are well above the standard R-rating values. The home is so efficient that it is heated by only 2 ductless mini split units.
