This custom home was built as a dream come true for the home owners. Located on the beautiful Balsam Lake, this home was designed to be a family functional home, but also provides ample space for a place to relax and entertain. This spacious family abode incorporates exterior elements into the interior design; a double-sided stone fireplace, and large patio doors with a walk out basement, stone and timber accents throughout, all make for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

"We recently gave RWH Construction the task of building our new lake home on Balsam Lake, and the result is fantastic.  The entire process was not only confrontation free but an absolute pleasure.  We began with a conceptual idea and a budget to work within and charged RWH with the challenge of coming up with a design and plan that addressed both.  From our very initial meetings, RWH listened to our requests and provided clear communication back regardless of the request. The entire project was scheduled and budgeted in the fall with the desired move in date of the Victoria Day weekend in May.  Realizing that this would be a tall order we asked RWH if indeed this would be possible and were assured “yes it was the schedule is very realistic”.  Over the winter, we continued to watch our dream become reality, with plenty of communication back and forth, we were able to address all the inevitable issues and decisions that arise in a project of this magnitude.  As our home took shape we were very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the understanding that RWH had of our vision of what our home would look like.  In addition, they were very helpful and insightful in offering a great many ideas that helped enhance our original concept and maximize our investment.  In the end we did enjoy the opening long weekend at our new home, and were ecstatic that our dream had indeed come true.  Not only did the finished product exceed our expectations, but it was completed on time and on budget.  We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and couldn’t be more pleased with everything RWH provided”
